The CADA Utility Box Project

CADA (Capitol Area Development Authority) in conjunction with SMAC (Sacramento Metropolitan Arts Commission) has selected 20 artists to produce artwork for the big plain ugly metal nondescript unattractive utility boxes that control the traffic signals in the large area around the State Capitol.  I was one of the 20 artists selected. "My" utility box is at 16th and Capital.
