Transforming Steel Plates

My work is always concerned with the transformation of materials - rust, oxidation, fire - and the images are meant to evoke thoughts of transformation, impermanence, and the universal interconnectivity.  These works are all on metal in various stages of being rusted and manipulated.

"Dreams of a Floating World I" was sold in the live auction at the Crocker Art Museum Auction.



"We Are All Interconnected II" was accepted into the "National Art All Media Juried Competition" hosted by the Chico Art Center.
